One tourism hidden destination in Tomohon is Temboan Hill or in local language called Bukit Temboan. A hill on eastern side of Rurukan facing Tondano Lake with beautiful landscape. The beautiful picturesque view comes not only from the lake but also from the mountainside where the green bluish jungle and brown farmland unite in a harmonic color.
From Temboan Hill visitor can see as far as Lembeh Strait and Mt. Klabat, Mt. Dua Sudara and around Tondano and Airmadidi areas. Also nice view of the farmland decorates the rest of the sight. The temperature of air in this hill is cool, it is similar to summer time in northern Europe. Not too hot but also not to cold.
